How does the personalization process work?
When you order, you'll upload your favorite photo of your pet and can add details like their name, meaningful dates, or a short message. We use this to create your one-of-a-kind Golden Hour memorial artwork.
What if my pet's photo isn't high quality?
Send us the clearest, most well-lit photo you have. If we have any concern that a photo won't produce a great result, we'll reach out to you before production to work out the best option.
Can I include more than one pet in a single piece?
Each Golden Hour memorial is created around one pet, one memory. If you'd like memorials for more than one pet, please place a separate order for each.
What products are currently available?
We're starting with our signature framed memorial portrait. We plan to add coordinating keepsakes using the same artwork over time, so you can check back or follow along on our social channels.
How long will my order take?
Every piece is made to order. You'll find current production and shipping timeframes on our Shipping page and at checkout.
What if there's a problem with my order?
We want you to love what arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, see our Return & Refund Policy or contact us directly and we'll make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
Available shipping destinations and rates are shown at checkout.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, and we never see or store your full payment details.
