Every Golden Hour Memorials piece is made to order, so please read through how our shipping works.

 

PRODUCTION TIME

Once you upload your pet's photo and approve your personalization details, your memorial artwork is created and sent to our print-on-demand production partner. Production begins only after your order is placed, so please allow a short processing period before your order ships. Exact production times will be confirmed at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

 

SHIPPING TIME

After production, your order ships directly from our fulfillment partner. Delivery times vary based on the product and your location, and will be shown at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If we ship to your country, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
