What kind of photo works best?

A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is easy to see. It does not need to be professional. If you are unsure, use the Contact page and we will help.

What is included with the framed portrait?

A custom piece of memorial artwork made from your photo, printed, framed, and shipped to you. You can add a name, dates, and a short message.

Do I have to buy more than the portrait?

No. The keepsakes are optional. Many people may choose the framed portrait alone.

Can the same artwork be used on other keepsakes?

Yes. Optional keepsakes can use the same custom artwork so your memorial feels like one collection.

Who makes and ships my order?

Products are printed, packed, and shipped directly to you by our fulfillment partner, Printful.

How long will it take, and what does shipping cost?

Production and shipping times and costs are shown before you order. Full shipping and returns or replacement information will be published before launch.
